The American Journal of Hematology/Oncology (AJHO) addresses
the need among cancer care specialists for literature that can help
translate research into day-to-day patient care.
Since 2002, AHJO has promoted the development of diagnosis, treatment and prevention interventions in cancer care.
It also provides cancer specialists with a concise overview of
current and relevant clinical research and clearly illustrates the
implementation of research outcomes in practice.
Additionally, each issue of AHJO offers programmes
accredited by Harvard Medical School in Continuing Medical Education
(CME) – US health professionals are required to complete CME programmes
to keep up to date with developments in medicine.
The AJHO editorial board comprises leading cancer experts
from the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Massachusetts, Harvard Medical
School and Goshen Center for Cancer Care in Indiana.
