Human Resources magazine is not afraid to question the industry and debate where it is going, secure exclusive interviews with leading HR directors and launch groundbreaking campaigns.
In 2008 Human Resources won two external awards for excellence in business journalism, including recognition from the Work Foundation. Human Resources journalists are also frequently called upon by BBC radio stations and television news channels as industry experts.
In the same year, Human Resources magazine launched a campaign promoting the corporate social responsibilty agenda among HR professionals, and lobbied the government to provide generic care vouchers, applicable to those supporting elderly dependents as well as children.
Human Resources’ special supplements raise thorny issues such as the UK skills maze, and why the many agencies serving it may not be value for money. Its regular features cover aspects of learning and development, benefits, new products and legal concerns.
