Classic & Sports Car joins forces with Bicester Heritage to launch a major new event, The Classic & Sports Car Show in association with Flywheel

London, Thursday 21 September 2017: A major new event joins the classic calendar for 2018 as Haymarket Media Group – publisher of Classic & Sports Car, the world’s best-selling classic car magazine – announces a new partnership with Bicester Heritage and Historic Promotions, the company behind Flywheel, the festival of classic wings and wheels.

The partnership announced today will lead to the creation of a headline summer enthusiasts’ event, hosted in Oxfordshire by Bicester Heritage – famous as an internationally important heritage motoring and aviation attraction. The Classic & Sports Car Show in association with Flywheel will take place 22-24 June 2018 and is set to become a must-visit vintage motoring and aviation event for serious collectors, enthusiasts and all the family.

Classic & Sports Car magazine and its associated website covers everything from mainstream, affordable and modern classics to multi-million-pound exotics, one-offs, prototypes and great racers from around the world – and The Classic & Sports Car Show in association with Flywheel will follow the same theme, with a mouthwatering selection of vehicles from private owners, clubs and dealers on display. The new event takes over from The Classic & Sports Car Show, which made its debut at London’s Alexandra Palace in 2015 and showcased more than £30m-worth of rare classic metal under one roof.
