Network shortlisted for seven APA awards
There was some good news for Haymarket Network when the shortlist was announced today for the International Content Marketing Awards, with our work shortlisted in seven categories.
The International Content Marketing Awards are hosted annually by the APA (Association of Publishing Agencies) and “showcase effective and creative editorial content for brands”. If you’re scratching your head at this point it may be because they were, until this year, known as the International Customer Publishing Awards, but changed to more accurately reflect the print and digital nature of the industry.
Our shortlisted products:
Category - Product
Best Automotive Title - Jaguar magazine & app
Best Travel and Leisure - ECB match day programme
Best Brochure - Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Vans and Passenger Carriers brochures
Best B2B/Internal Solution - Volkswagen Group Desktop
Best Consumer Solution - www.ManUtd.com
Besy Integrated Marketing Solution of the year (consumer) - Manchester United
Launch of the year - AC Magazine (America’s Cup)
Entries will be judged on a range of criteria, including effectiveness, creativity, brand synergy, originality and strategic thinking by a panel of international judges including leading media planners and client-side marketing directors.
Network MD Andrew Taplin had a slightly bigger spring in his step but stopped springing long enough to say that he was quite pleased; “It’s great news to have been nominated across such a range of channels: from magazines to apps; from websites to brochures. All with compelling content in common, driving a measurable response for all the clients involved. They would each be worthy winners in their respective categories, so it just now requires that the final round judges make the right decision!”
The awards evening will be on Wednesday 23rd November.
