Nine nominations for Haymarket in the PPA Digital Publishing Awards
Haymarket has amassed an impressive nine nominations for this year’s UK
Periodical Publishers Association (PPA) Digital Publishing Awards.
Announced today, the PPA Digital Publishing Awards’ shortlist has recognised Haymarket brands in nine of the award’s 13 categories. Celebrating excellence in the field of digital publishing, the PPA Digital Publishing Awards are some of the most coveted in the industry.
Particularly well represented in the nominations is consumer title
What Car?’s innovative online fuel economy tool –
What Car? True MPG, which has been shortlisted in two categories - Product Development of the Year award as well as for the Digital Data Service of the Year award, where it will go head to head with What Car?’s other shortlisted offering -
What Car? Valuations.
Haymarket Business Media brands also made a strong showing in the Directory of the Year category with nominations for both the
MIMS app, which put prescribing reference for healthcare professionals on to the iPhone, and
pressXchange, the world’s leading website for sourcing used graphics printing machinery.
Special mention must also go to
Stuff Magazine’s iPad edition, which gets the nod in the category of Digital Edition of the Year. Launched to critical acclaim in April of this year, Stuff’s iPad edition was the first fully interactive magazine to come from Haymarket Media Group and we are very proud that it should be nominated for such a prestigious award.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony and gala at London’s The Brewery on 26th September 2012.
