Motorsport News launches new iPad app

Britain’s only weekly motorsport newspaper Haymarket’s Motorsport News is now available as an iPad app.

Users who download the app will get access to a customised digital page-turner edition of the newspaper, featuring all the latest news from Formula One and the World Rally Championship as well as unrivalled reporting on Britain’s top national races and championships.

Group publisher Rob Aherne said on the launch: ‘It’s great that Motorsport News finally has some digital traction. We are optimistic that the iPad app will quickly develop a loyal audience, bearing in mind the number of motorsport stakeholders and competitors who currently read the paper.’

Available from the App Store, Motorsport News users who download the app this week will be treated to Motorsport News’ special 104-page Heroes Edition, its largest issue in seven years.

The app allows users to either buy single issues, or to subscribe for periods of three, six or 12 months. Whilst current subscribers can upgrade to a print and iPad subscription from as little as £5.50 by calling T: 0844 8488834.
