The Candidate
We are looking for a hunter, somebody who will seek out new business and negotiate effectively to exceed their targets. You will be proactive and entrepreneurial, sourcing business from existing prospects and our extensive database of industry contacts. 

As this is an entry level position, sales experience is not essential as our training sets the media industry's benchmark for quality, however to be able to hit the ground running we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following…

Goal-driven, with a professional attitude, great listening skills, resilience and a passion to learn.

The Role
Through a blend of prospecting and responding to warm leads, you will source new business from our existing database of industry contacts and active prospects. From day one we expect you to proactively target hiring managers to uncover and solve their recruitment needs. You will become an expert in your chosen markets to enable you to hold and direct conversations with your clients, to best understand their needs and recommend the solutions that will be of most benefit to them.

A sales executive position is one where you get to be master of your own destiny. You will immerse yourself within the media and recruitment industry, becoming a high-performing sales professional with career opportunities in the UK and abroad.

Your performance will be rewarded through monthly commission and performance-related pay reviews at 12, 18 and 24 months. Other Information You Will Need to Know
We offer a competitive starting salary of £19k plus up to 40% commission and performance pay reviews as explained above.
Haymarket offers a generous annual holiday entitlement of 25 days, (plus bank holidays) which increases by 1 day for every year of continuous service to a maximum of 30.

Our other benefits include, (but are not limited to) a contributory pension scheme and season ticket loan upon successful completion of a 3 month probation period.
