Working within the Professional Associations Recruitment Group, you will report into the Sales Manager and Assistant Ad Manager, within a team of 5. Working  closely as a team to achieve group revenue targets, this role focuses on selling recruitment advertising solutions to direct clients.

As a sales executive you will be responsible for generating revenue across both People Management jobs and Supply Management jobs, driving job volume and increasing overall market share for both brands.

While you will be expected to grow existing accounts to maximise the potential revenue from your client base, the main focus of this role will be on generating new client business. To ensure this you are expected to cover your market sectors to see what vacancies are in the market, and to lead chase existing clients from competitor websites.

You will be selling multi channel digital solutions to your clients based on their recruitment needs, but will also have the opportunity to sell more creative solutions such as employer advertorials/content and various opportunities at face to face events to supplement the traditional jobs board inventory.

The role is predominantly telephone based and is both KPI and target driven, however as you work more closely with your clients there will be ample opportunities to meet and sell face to face.

While previous media sales experience is not required, ideally you will be able to demonstrate good negotiation skills and scenarios where you have influenced final decisions
Effective planning and time management
The ability to work under pressure in fast paced environments
The ability to use your own initiative and always be open to thinking of new and better ways of doing things, improving processes, and exploring new ways of generating new revenue streams
