Acquisition is made to support Haymarket’s global growth and digital transformation strategy
8 February 2021, London – Today global media company Haymarket Media Group announced that it has acquired a stake in TMotions Global. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
“ TMotions has played a crucial role in Haymarket’s digital transformation by providing flexible development resources that augment our existing skills and capabilities. We have a longstanding presence in India and understand the market well. I look forward to working with Aman and his team who are primarily based in Chandigarh, to enable and support further development and growth internationally”, said Haymarket Chief Executive, Kevin Costello.
TMotions delivers digital development and technology services in eCommerce, Content Management and Application Development, built on process maturity, ISO accreditation and Gold Partner status with Microsoft.
