Haymarket Medical Network Joins Ad Council Private Marketplace

New York, NY – May 7, 2020 – Haymarket Medical Network, a part of business media company Haymarket Media, Inc., is proud to join the Ad Council’s first ever Private Marketplace (PMP) along with other partners Cadreon, The Trade Desk and Acxiom.

The PMP gives publishers and media companies the opportunity to donate digital media inventory in order to deliver the Ad Council’s most important COVID-19 digital public service ads (PSAs) at a large scale to the people who need the information the most, such as families, seniors and healthcare professionals, and linking directly to sites where they can read this important information on topics such as social distancing, personal hygiene, mental health and other messaging from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

“We are excited to join the Ad Council Private Marketplace and do our part to help spread important information regarding the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Michael Graziani, President, Medical Communications. “Our portfolio of specialty media brands will optimize this messaging and make sure it reaches the right audiences for the greatest impact.”

The Haymarket Medical Network will donate 160,000 digital ad impressions monthly across its 19 brands as well as sister brand Medical Marketing + Media. This will allow the PSAs to reach a variety of healthcare practitioners, including those accessing the drug database MPR, specialists in therapeutic areas such as cardiology, infectious disease and oncology, and targeted audiences such as physician assistants, nurse practitioners and medical marketers.

The PMP is projected to deliver 100 million impressions through donated inventory within its first two months. Other media companies to donate media include InMobi, EMS, Bustle, The New York Post and GroundTruth.
